Replying back to feature, THIS IS A LIE. I’ve even sent them multiple emails and no one has reached for me, these people act like the consumer is dumb, they add a reply to make it seem like they’re doing something about the situation but they’re really not! ITS BS so they can look good. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! and I won’t take this down unless they do something about it!

Onces you purchased an item it’s hard to cancel them!!!

I had an amazing experience shopping at online at feature The website was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick and seamless. I had a question about my order and their customer service team was very responsive and helpful. My order arrived quickly and everything was exactly as described. I will definitely be shopping with you guys again!

The guy helped me find what I was looking for even though it wasn’t in store and it said it was he was able to find it online and help me check out!

It’s always easy shopping at future online or in store.

F....c...k this shop.. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and I didn't cancelled my order.. but they send an email that my order is cancelled and they only half of my money...

Kiana lied to me about my order being processed and not being able to cancel a nice young lady helped me cancel my order over the phone though

Worst customer service. Won’t agree to return or exchange of a shoe which not a good fit. How can you sell shoes online and not accept a return ??

My package never arrived but you all are saying Surepost had the package delivered and Surepost is saying they never had the package and the tracking information provided to me was invalid and when I asked about a refund or replacement for my missing item I was told I had to wait 30 more days before I could even file a claim with you all. No refund and no shoes. You all are the worst.

this company has a horrible return/exchange policy. customer service is not customer friendly. will never make another purchase and make sure my friends and family dont also.
